Take out time for a walk as it refreshes your body and mind. A pleasant morning or evening walk can be most invigorating.
Go outdoors over the weekend. This helps shrug of the tediousness of following the same old routine. It can really rejuvenate you. A weekend getaway can act as the perfect foil to break the monotony of daily routine stuff. After a relaxed weekend, you can get back to your work with your batteries fully charged up.
